All Westbrook PTA Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month, at 7:15 PM, in the Westbrook LRC unless, otherwise otherwise posted.

| ART APPRECIATION | This program introduces children to the Fine Arts by showing various works of art and having an activity/discussion about it. | Christine Green |
| BIRTHDAY BOOKS | All Westbrook students will receive a book from the Principal on their birthday or half birthday to promote literacy. Volunteers are needed to help wrap books. | |
| CAMPBELL'S LABELS and GENERAL MILLS BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION | This committee collects and submits participating labels and/or box tops for redemption. The Campbell's program offers equipment and supplies to our school. General Mills program offers funds to be used at Westbrook. The chairperson handles redemption and volunteers are needed to sort, cut, and bundle labels. | |
| DISPLAY | Volunteers help create and decorate the foyer display area with classroom projects, PTA information, and other exhibits. | Lynda McGarry |
| EVERYBODY COUNTS | This Program is for grades K - 6. It teaches teh values of diversity, acceptance, and inclusion of people with disabilities. | Mary Urban Lisa Keane |
| HELPING HANDS | This committee assists Westbrook families that are faced with a crisis. Volunteers provide food, babysitting, carpools, and other services when appropriate. | Lisa Vierneisel |
| HOSPITALITY | This committee provides refreshments for school and PTA functions throughout the year. Volunteers will be invited to prepare refreshments, serve and/or clean up for events. | Nancy Vincent |
| KINDERGARTEN CONCERT | This committee will tape the AM and PM classes Winter Concert. Volunteers will help sell, package, and distribute DVDs to families that have purchased them. | KC Ipjian |
| LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (LRC) | This committee assists in running the LRC along with the school librarian. Volunteers help with all aspects of operating the library such as: book entry, shelving, overdue reporting, and checking books out of the LRC. | |
| MEMBERSHIP | This committee hopes to attract new PTA members and maintain member records. This committee also distributes Membership cards. | Coriell DeCapri |
| NEWSLETTER | The PTA Newsletter will give information to families about activites and events at Westbrook. Volunteers may be asked to help type, copy, assemble and distribute the newsletter. The chairperson will work with the PTA Secretary to edit the newsletter. | Marnie Kapuscinski |
| PUBLIC RELATIONS | This committee helps with internal and external publicity. Volunteers help photograph school and PTA events and activities. Chairperson works with the 1st Vice President on publicity. | |
| ROOM REPRESENTATIVES | Room Representatives help organize parent volunteers in the classroom as requested by the teacher or principal as well as other school functions. | Loren Goodman |
| SCHOOL SUPPLY PACKS | This committee coordinates the sale of conveniently boxed school supplies for kindergarten families. This is not a fundraiser. Chairperson will choose a vendor and work with teachers to create a universal supply list for future Westbrook students. Chairperson will also distributeorder forms and tract orders with the vendor. Volunteers will be needed to sort and distribute supply boxes at Walk-in Registration in August. | Tom Kazmer |
| SPIRITWEAR | This committee is responsible for placing orders of WB School spiritwear for families and staff. | Sue Eyles |
| STAFF APPRECIATION | This committee coordinates activities to thank our dedicated staff at Westbrook. Volunteers help with various activites during Staff Appreciation Week in May. | Jennifer Skoog Wendy Zardzin |
| WAYS AND MEANS | This committee assists with fundraising events. The Chairperson will work with the PTA Executive Committee on Fundraisers. Volunteers help run these events. | Tricia Fusilero KC Ipjian |

| WESTBROOK CONNECTION | This committee plans events throughout the school year to welcome families to Westbrook. Events are geared to allow families to get acquainted and encourage children to meet new friends. Volunteers help plan and implement school events. | Julie Moreth |
| YEARBOOK | This committee puts together the end-of-the-year Yearbook complete with pictures taken throughout the year by committee members, staff, and parents. |
